Default Music and GW

Right okay firstly i dunno if this is in the right forum i guess its okay here seeing as this forum is pretty much the wtf forum of GWguru.

Anyway ive been a thinking Does anyone listen to a certain song/Genre when pve'ing in certain areas or pvp'ing. Got me thinking today after a flashback of playing HA with Sons Of Odin and Vanquishing Arbor bay with O Green World on.

Its just something that I thought I would 'bring up' If anyone has any suggestions on which songs/genre's set a atmosphere for certain areas on GW.

Well for pvp Obviously...
Die mother f@!*er die
Whisper
Heart of everything
& anything from ManOWar/Lordi

PvE I find Gorillaz really sets the mood for dungeons O.O
Crimson night <3
14 shades of grey
i dunno if that’s just crazy old me or not but I thought I would ask you lot
*points at drab dark corner of the net GWguru* Seeing as Presearing community found this quite.....amusing

If u did not understand any of that up there ^
Basicaly what music do u listen to in what areas of GW and could you suggest any music that really sets the 'mood'.

When i'm pvping and it's a spike, no music, when a balance or pressure, some hardcore punk or some oldschool punk like - subhumans, minor threat, cheap sex , angry samoans, broken bones, bad brains, circle jerks, citizen fish, dead kennedys, dead milkmen, leftover crack, maybe a little bit of unwritten law.

When i'm pveing, it really depends on the mood of the day, and with about 60gigs of music, my choices are a little bit more varied than my psycho punk music for pvp, but even with so many different things to choose from there's a few bands i often find myself listening to- A little bit of classic (chopin), A perfect circle, adicts, the aquabats, audioslave, deathcabforcutie (hard to admit this one), dethklok, fair to midland, wu tang clan, flobots, flogging molly, gnarls barkley, tupac, gorrilaz, incubus, jack johnson, los kung fu monkeys, misfits, muse, nirvana, Op Ivy, pearl jam, postal service, raconteurs, Rage Against teh Machines, rammstein, reagan youth, RHCP, smashing pumpkins, sound garden, sublime, tool, thrice, weezer, eek-a-mouse, Cappadonna.

But thats just what i usually listen to, it varies from time to time, i've got a large collection.

In GW I listen to the ingame music usually, I kinda like to hear what's going on around my toon.
For some other games I play I'll just open up my music library and set it to random/shuffle. Variety is the spice of life!

Electronic music. From chaotic, experimental Drum 'n Bass to relaxing, peaceful Ambient tunes

Mostly Linkin Park, but got a bunch of other songs so its mostly a mixture. Then again when I don't feel like listing to any of that I just listen to the ingame music, so relaxing lol.

I would say final countdown - europe when it hits VoD in gvg.

But i'd be lying.

I'll have music on if i'm not really doing anything/pveing but when i'm doing pvp outside of RA i'll be on vent without moosic.

Oh, someone else likes Drum and Bass, nice

I listen electro, drum and bass, hard house to hard style, hard trance. I also love my chill out electro, house.

The music I listen to varies, mainly metal is played though.

I just set my playlist off tbh.

Always happy to listen to Opeth when playing as a Necro though ^_^

Fear Factory, Machine Head, Soilwork, Pantera, Down, Stone Sour, Slipknot, In Flames, Disturbed, Threat Signal, Vallenbrosa, Throwdown...the list goes on.
